Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Specialist to deliver exceptional support for our fleet operations across Europe. This role is critical in ensuring our fleet program remains efficient, cost-effective, and driver-focused, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

As a key member of our global fleet team, you will primarily support programs across European markets. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize costs, enhance driver experience, and uphold our commitment to employee safety. The role includes a range of administrative responsibilities that support the effective operation of the fleet program, including maintaining fleet records, coordinating vehicle orders and returns, processing driver requests, managing supplier documentation, and ensuring compliance with fleet policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Management partners and OEMs to secure vehicle availability, optimize incentives, and manage out-of-warranty repairs.
  • Administrative Coordination & Fleet Records Management: Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation, coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, reallocations, and disposals, process driver requests and supplier communications, support reporting activities, and ensure fleet data and processes remain compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Program Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to deliver a safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet program tailored to driver needs.
  • Driver Support: Act as the primary contact for a designated group of drivers, making informed decisions on maintenance, safety, and vehicle lifecycle to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Fleet Lifecycle Management: Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, including replacement analysis and annual ordering recommendations aligned with cost, sustainability, and driver requirements.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce fleet management policies, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Training & Safety: Provide drivers with training and guidance on fleet policies, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, senior leadership, and external suppliers to align fleet operations with organizational goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
