About This Role

Are you a Fleet Support Executive, Fleet Coordinator, Pricing Executive or someone with strong automotive experience looking for your next challenge? As our Fleet Support & Pricing Executive, you will play an important role in keeping the Dawsongroup Vans Business Unit moving, supporting everything from vehicle quotations and orders through to delivery, supplier management and pricing.

  • Oversee new vehicles from quotation through to delivery, keeping suppliers, sales and operations aligned.
  • Provide accurate vehicle availability, specification and lead time information.
  • Prepare quotations across flexible rental, fixed rental, contract hire, lease and option to buy products.
  • Monitor supplier schedules, KPIs, ETAs and any delays, taking action to keep things moving.
  • Support fleet records, telematics, invoices, audits and new vehicle orders.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys bringing people, information and priorities together, while staying commercially aware and focused on getting the detail right. Experience within the automotive or fleet industry is beneficial, but if you can demonstrate transferable skills, sound judgement and a willingness to learn, we would like to hear from you.

  • Comfortable working with data, Microsoft Office and Excel, with Power BI experience an advantage.
  • Able to build effective relationships with sales, fleet, operations and suppliers.
  • Commercially minded, organised and confident making decisions within agreed guidelines.
  • Interested in the EV and AFV market and how different vehicle solutions can meet customer requirements.
  • You hold a full driving licence and can work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
