This is a full-time on-site role as a Flexi-Hire Desk Administrator at NRG Riverside in Skelmersdale. The Hire Desk Administrator will be responsible for:

- Managing the administration of vehicle hires
- Coordinating fleet logistics
- Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients
Working in a very fast-paced environment, the right candidate will be:
- Organised
- Resilient
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fleet management systems or CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet operations, whilst helpful, is not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
