As a Flexible Chef de Partie

As a Flexible Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our restaurants and kitchens. Supporting the wider culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while maintaining excellence in quality, hygiene, and consistency. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a luxury hospitality environment and work alongside some of the industry's finest culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Manage and organise your assigned section during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Complete mise en place to the required standards before each shift.
  • Follow recipes, presentation guidelines, and portion controls consistently.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, HACCP compliance, and food safety.
  • Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and report shortages where necessary.
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality during busy service periods.
  • Support Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs, and junior team members when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Sous Chefs and the wider culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and continuous development.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment.
