Flexible Nursery Practitioner

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a fully flexible basis — fitting around your availability, while bringing consistent, loving care to the children who need you most.
What You’ll Bring

- You keep children safe and happy: calm in busy moments, gentle in quiet ones
- You understand child development, health & safety, and best practice — not as rules, but as care in action
- You turn ordinary days into magic: exploring Torquay’s seafront, woodland walks, creative crafts and big, joyful laughs
- You listen, you notice, you encourage — every child matters deeply to you
- You hold a relevant early years qualification (Level 2/3 or above), have experience, a clean DBS, and a real passion for what you do
