The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Flexible Events Bartender

As a Flexible Events Bartender, you will support a wide range of high-profile events, from elegant receptions and private dinners to large-scale celebrations and bespoke experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark hotel and deliver exceptional service within a luxury events environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality bar service during events and functions
  • Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft beverages
  • Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness of bar areas
  • Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
  • Work collaboratively with the wider events and F&B team
  • Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards
  • Support set-up and breakdown of event bar spaces as required

About You

  • Previous bar experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume service environments
  • Confident working busy events while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service standards
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • A natural team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences
