The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
About the Role
As a Flexible Events Waiter, you will support a wide range of high-profile events, from elegant receptions and private dinners to large-scale celebrations and bespoke experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark hotel and deliver exceptional service within a luxury events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service at a variety of events.
- Engage with guests in a warm, approachable way, offering menu knowledge where helpful.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
- Be attentive to guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
- Help set up and maintain event spaces, ensuring everything looks clean and presentable.
- Handle any guest queries professionally and escalate if needed.

About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume service environments
- Confident working busy events while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A natural team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences
