We are looking for several Flexible Manufacturing Workers for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Components Business in Huddersfield.
Salary for this role is £30,467 plus shift premium for working the middle shift.
This is a fixed-term contract working 35 hours per week:
- Monday – Friday 3.00pm – 10.15pm
No previous manufacturing experience is required; full training will be provided. All you must bring is an open mind and willingness to learn. Good communication and collaboration skills will help you to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
- Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Be able to support shift work.
- Prepared to be flexible within the team, shift and other assembly areas.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
