Flexible Marina Operative
Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Flexible Marina Operative to support our Port Solent Marina team on a flexible, ad-hoc basis throughout the year.
This role is offered on a casual, no fixed-hours contract, providing additional support during busy periods, to cover annual leave, sickness and other operational requirements. While opportunities to work are available throughout the year, they are typically more frequent during the busy summer season.
Casual work will normally be based at Port Solent Marina however there may be opportunity to work at other Premier marina locations within the region.
Responsibilities
As a Casual Marina Operative, you will assist the marina team with a variety of operational and customer service duties, including:
- Marina and lock operations
- Berth holder assistance
- General site maintenance
- Other tasks that support the day-to-day running of the marina

Requirements
We're looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment
- Are reliable, flexible and willing to learn
- Are happy working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Can work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required
- Have boating knowledge or experience (desirable but not essential)
