Role Description
The Flexible Office Consultant is a flexible, remote role. This role involves meeting with business clients to understand their workspace requirements, analyzing market options, and recommending suitable flexible office solutions. The consultant will visit flex centres, assess building features and service offerings, and prepare clear proposal documents and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating viewings, managing client communications, and liaising with building owners and serviced office providers to negotiate terms. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with colleagues to refine workspace strategies and improve client outcomes.

- Client advisory skills, including needs analysis, solution recommendation, and relationship management, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Commercial and analytical abilities to compare workspace options, assess pricing and terms, and support revenue and efficiency goals for clients and providers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements, property visits, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with building owners, serviced office providers, and internal teams.
- Comfort with on-site work, including property tours and in-person meetings, and proficiency with common office software and digital tools.
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, consulting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
