Responsibilities
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences and ensuring students achieve their full potential. Your core duties include:
- Designing and delivering creative lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
- Providing constructive and timely marking to support student progress.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assessing student development and reporting on academic achievements.
- Adapting teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of different student groups.
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to support the holistic development of children.
- Engaging in playground or extra-curricular supervision as required by the host school.

Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this role.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for primary education.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: GBP140 - GBP233 per day, depending on experience and the specific requirements of the placement.
