Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: From £160 per day (PAYE)

We're working with a number of welcoming and well-regarded primary and secondary schools across Ealing who are looking for confident, adaptable teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover on a full-time flexible basis.
No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across different schools, year groups and subjects while gaining valuable experience and making a genuine difference to pupils' learning.
The Role
As a Flexible Supply Teacher, You Will

- Deliver engaging lessons using the school's planning where provided
- Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings
- Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue making progress throughout the day
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
We're Looking For
You Will Ideally Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, positive and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed
