Location: Ealing, West London

Pay: From £160 per day (PAYE)

Contract: Full-Time | Flexible Supply

We're working with a number of welcoming and well-regarded primary and secondary schools across Ealing who are looking for confident, adaptable teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover on a full-time flexible basis.

No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across different schools, year groups and subjects while gaining valuable experience and making a genuine difference to pupils' learning.

  • Deliver engaging lessons using the school's planning where provided
  • Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings
  • Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations
  • Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue making progress throughout the day
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff

We're Looking For

You Will Ideally Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible, positive and proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed
