Company Description
Become a Flexible Support Worker and Make a Difference in Your Community!
A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is an essential requirement for this community-based role. Applicants must live locally to Mansfield. This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure.

As a Flexible Support Worker, you will provide personalised care, companionship, and support to help clients live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We believe great care starts with great relationships, which is why we carefully match our Support Workers with clients and provide minimum one-hour visits, giving you the time to deliver high quality care without feeling rushed.

You don't need previous care or support experience to join our team. We're looking for people with the right values and attitude to join Home Instead Mansfield - kind, caring, reliable individuals who genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of others.
