Teaching Assistant Roles Tailored to Your Preferences
We are currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join vibrant educational settings. Whether you have a passion for supporting young children in EYFS/Primary, working with teenagers in Secondary, or providing 1:1 support in specialist SEN environments, we have the perfect placement waiting for you.
Responsibilities
Because we collaborate with a variety of schools, your daily tasks will vary based on your preferred setting:
Primary Mainstream
- Provide essential classroom support
- Lead guided reading/maths groups
- Assist with EYFS:KS2 development
Secondary Mainstream
- Offer subject-specific classroom assistance
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Support pupils with GCSE preparation

SEN and Specialist Support
- Deliver 1:1 or small group work tailored to pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech delays, or complex physical needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or young people (gained in schools, nurseries, care work, sports coaching, or youth work).
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and pupil development.
- Strong communication skills with good foundational literacy and numeracy.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
- The right to work in the UK and reliable transport links across (Insert Location).
What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: Earn between GBP85.00 - GBP110.00 per day (dependent on setting and experience) with weekly pay via PAYE and no hidden umbrella fees.
