GLL is looking for a Water Sports Coaches to work at Debdale Outdoor Centre in Manchester. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Water Sports Coach, there has never been a more exciting time to join us and develop a career in Water Sports.
Debdale Outdoor Centre is situated on Gorton Reservoir in East Manchester. Set within this picturesque setting the Centre offers an exciting range of activities which includes Sailing, Windsurfing, Paddle Sports, Dragon Boating & is soon to introduce Wing Surfing.
As a RYA Training Centre & a recognised Paddle Uk provider we are looking for experienced & multi skilled Water Sports Coaches who can deliver our diverse programme & range of activities. The ideal candidate will hold two years or more experience in the Water Sports industry, however we keen to hear from candidates holding RYA or & Paddle UK qualifications who can develop experience, skills & qualifications through GLL’s commitment to staff personal development.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a well-structured programme of activities focussing on progression & development of individuals & groups
- Provide high quality coaching sessions to all customers
- Support the centre development through increasing participation & active use of the centre
- Deliver school sessions in support of the National Curriculum criteria
- Provide a welcoming, enthusiastic, helpful & professional service
- Ensure all activity equipment is set up and set down as required
- Provide first class customer service
