Senior Salmon are recruiting an experienced Flexographic Printer to join a respected manufacturing business in Mansfield. This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for high standards, strong investment in staff and a stable working environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production. The role requires someone reliable, detail-focused, and confident working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
  • Complete colour matching, plate changes, and ink management
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the print run
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues
  • Work to production schedules and meet daily targets
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures

Shifts

  • Rotating shifts
  • Includes night shifts
  • Flexibility required due to production demands

Salary

Salary is dependent on experience and discussed during registration.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous flexographic printing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
