Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the Flight Checking team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure 100% final quality and quantity checks on all flights before dispatch.
- Verify meals match airline specifications, menu cards, and flight documentation.
- Manage special meal requests, last-minute changes, aircraft swaps, and return catering.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in labeling, documentation, or product quality.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with Production, Dispatch, and management, providing regular operational updates.
- Support training, team development, and continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in food production, catering, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong numerical, checking, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene practices (Level 2 preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
- Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work independently while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in chilled environment

Compensation: GBP 14.40 - GBP 14.40 - hourly
