About the role
Sherwood Flying Club, an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) based at Tatenhill Airfield (EGBM), Staffordshire, is looking for enthusiastic Flight Instructors (FI) to join our growing team.
Whether you are an experienced instructor or newly qualified, we would be very happy to hear from you. We are looking for friendly, professional instructors who enjoy teaching and want to be part of an active and welcoming flying club and training organisation.

Responsibilities
- Provide flight instruction within our ATO in accordance with applicable UK CAA requirements and approved training procedures
- Deliver safe, professional and enjoyable flight training
- Support students throughout their training and development
- Maintain appropriate training records and documentation
- Contribute to the professional, friendly and safety-focused environment of the club
Qualifications
- Valid UK CAA Flight Instructor (Aeroplane) Certificate – FI(A)
- Appropriate licence, ratings and medical certificate
- Good communication and instructional skills
- Professional and safety-focused attitude
- Newly qualified instructors are very welcome to apply
