Luxaviation UK is looking for a Flight Management Executive based in Stapleford Tawney, Essex. The Flight Management Executive is responsible for delivering a proactive, coordinated, and bespoke client experience by managing flight operations, charter activity, and client requirements while ensuring compliance with the company AOC and maximising commercial opportunities.

Due to the location of our office, it is essential that applicants have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to commute to our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client and crew scheduling in conjunction with the Dispatch Team
- Arrange and manage all non-dispatch services for clients, including crew logistics
- Quote charter flights, follow up charter leads, and convert bookings
- Apply for owner release for charter flights where required
- Monitor and optimise day-to-day operational costs
- Provide oversight of the Dispatch Team and intervene when required in the client’s interest
- Proactively identify potential operational disruptions and mitigate schedule impacts
- Communicate promptly, accurately, and proactively with clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with Operations Manuals and AOC requirements
- Conduct flight watching, complete operational checklists, and monitor weather conditions
- Provide operational support to nominated post holders as required

Person Specification
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the aviation industry
- Knowledge of ground operations and dispatch procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure operational environment
- Professional approach with the confidence to manage demanding VIP clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused with a respectful and supportive attitude
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to individual client requirements
Desirable
- Charter sales experience
- VIP or high-end customer service experience
- Leadership skills or experience
- Additional language skills
