Job Title: Flight Operations Specialist

Start Date: ASAP

Location: London, Shoreditch

Salary: Circa £35,000 depending on experience, with clear salary progression and commission eligibility following successful completion of probation

Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday in our Shoreditch office, 08:00 - 17:00, with Friday working from home.

Following successful training, weekend operational cover will form part of the role on a 1 in 4 rota, with 2 days off in lieu.


The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Flight Operations Specialist to join our London team.

Once a private jet charter is confirmed, our Operations team helps ensure every detail is correctly coordinated through to completion.

You will work closely with brokers, aircraft operators, airports, FBOs and suppliers, helping manage operational requirements, monitor live flights and resolve issues when plans change.

Previous aviation experience is not required. We are looking for someone proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute flight briefs and operational information
  • Monitor live flights, delays, positioning sectors and schedule changes
  • Coordinate catering, chauffeurs and other ancillary services
  • Liaise with aircraft operators, FBOs, airports and ground handlers
  • Ensure passenger and operational requirements are correctly communicated
  • Maintain accurate trip information and operational notes within our CRM
  • Support brokers before and during flights
  • Resolve day-of-flight operational issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with supplier invoices and booking financial updates
  • Monitor active trips through to successful completion

Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, logistics or operations is advantageous but not essential.
