Role Description
The Flight School Representative is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting flight schools that use XAir Technologies’ products and services. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, answering questions, gathering feedback, and guiding them through onboarding and day-to-day use of the technology. The Flight School Representative will:

- Schedule and lead virtual meetings and product walkthroughs
- Assist schools with account setup and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Document customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience
- Share insights that help shape future product improvements
The position requires consistent, professional communication and proactive outreach to ensure flight schools feel supported and engaged.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional relationship management.
- Technical comfort with cloud-based tools, video conferencing platforms, and basic troubleshooting of web applications.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple schools or accounts, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in aviation, education, or technology support environments is beneficial, especially familiarity with flight school operations or pilot training.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate reliability in a contract role, and adapt to evolving processes and products.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in aviation, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Compensation
- £100 per meeting booked with a qualified ICP
- 5% of ACV estimated £1,000-2,500 per deal
