I have a fantastic opportunity for a Flights & Ticketing Executive with a keen eye for detail to join an established travel company in London.
As a Flights & Ticketing Executive you will process tickets, reissue and refund requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process ticketing, reissue, and refund requests within required timeframes
- Provide day-to-day support to sales agents on all GDS bookings
- Monitor queues, including schedule changes
- Perform end-of-day checks to ensure all tickets have been issued correctly
- Notify agents and customers of any flight changes or amendments when required
- Assist internal teams with flight requests, including fare quotations and ticket reissues

EXPERINCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a flights or airfares environment
- Strong working knowledge of GDS reservations and ticketing systems (Amadeus preferred)
- Excellent understanding of fare types, fare rules, ticketing, reissues, and refunds
- Advanced fare management skills, including manual fare builds, name/seat corrections, and complex ticket revalidations
- Ability to navigate between NDC landscape, traditional GDS content and consolidators to ensure we offer all possible options to clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of Excel spreadsheets

THE PACKAGE:
- Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual Bonuses
- Office based
