I have a fantastic opportunity for a Flights & Ticketing Executive with a keen eye for detail to join an established travel company in London.

As a Flights & Ticketing Executive you will process tickets, reissue and refund requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process ticketing, reissue, and refund requests within required timeframes
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales agents on all GDS bookings
  • Monitor queues, including schedule changes
  • Perform end-of-day checks to ensure all tickets have been issued correctly
  • Notify agents and customers of any flight changes or amendments when required
  • Assist internal teams with flight requests, including fare quotations and ticket reissues

EXPERINCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a flights or airfares environment
  • Strong working knowledge of GDS reservations and ticketing systems (Amadeus preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of fare types, fare rules, ticketing, reissues, and refunds
  • Advanced fare management skills, including manual fare builds, name/seat corrections, and complex ticket revalidations
  • Ability to navigate between NDC landscape, traditional GDS content and consolidators to ensure we offer all possible options to clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience of Excel spreadsheets

THE PACKAGE:

  • Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual Bonuses
