Floor Host Opportunity at Rapport
We are looking for a Floor Host to join our Rapport team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. With stunning, modern offices and a vibrant atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in day-to-day workplace experience. You will be the go-to person on the floor – managing meeting rooms and refreshment points, while being the friendly face that supports employees with their requests.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday)
Salary: £33,305 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Being a main point of contact for key stakeholders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them.
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order.
- Making sure refreshment centers, print hubs, and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order.
- Gathering and reviewing data regarding room utilization and peak time periods.
- Helping other service lines when required.
- Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams.
