What you'll do
As a Floor Housekeeper, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will be responsible for checking, coaching, and communicating clearly with the housekeeping team.
- You will be aware of our guests' needs, intuitive, flexible during their day and with a keen eye for detail.
- All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, moving furniture, collection of supplies, deep cleaning of guest rooms and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Housekeeping Supervisor.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Floor Housekeeper, but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
- Monday to Sunday: starting as early as 7am and last shift finishes at 23.00pm when covering the evening floor supervisor shift.
What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in Housekeeping: You have worked in a housekeeping supervisor role in a hotel.
- Attention to Detail: You can notice small details, like if a room is not cleaned properly.
- Team Leadership: You have experience helping or leading a team to do their tasks well.
- Time Management: You can manage your time to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Energetic: You are comfortable with tasks like standing, bending, and lifting light items.
- Customer Service: You are friendly and respectful when speaking to guests and other team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Luxury Hotel: You have worked in a 5-star hotel or similar before.
- Problem Solving: You can handle small problems,
- Basic IT Skills: You can use a smartphone or computer for simple tasks like checking a schedule or sending a message.
- Health and Safety Awareness: You understand or are willing to learn safety rules about cleaning and working in a hotel.
