We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Floor Manager to join the team and take responsibility for the smooth and seamless running of a luxury retail environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident people leader who thrives on the shop floor and understands how to balance commercial performance with an exceptional level of client experience.
The Role
As Floor Manager, you will be a visible and inspiring presence on the shop floor, leading a large team and ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered. You will be responsible for creating a positive, energetic and high-performing environment, supporting the team through busy periods while maintaining the attention to detail and personalised service expected within luxury retail.

- Lead and motivate a large team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the shop floor, ensuring a seamless client journey
- Manage the pace and flow of the floor, particularly during peak trading periods
- Maintain exceptional standards of luxury client service and brand presentation
- Coach and develop team members, providing regular feedback and support
- Identify opportunities to improve individual and team performance
- Support the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs
- Work closely with senior management to ensure operational and commercial priorities are delivered
- Act as a key point of escalation, confidently resolving client and team matters
- Ensure the team remains engaged, motivated and aligned with the brand's values
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding client engagement and service standards
About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced luxury retail professional with a genuine passion for people and client experience.

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership position
- Experience managing and developing a sizeable retail team
- A strong understanding of luxury client service and high-touch customer experience
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of retail KPIs
- The confidence to lead from the front and make decisions on a busy shop floor
- A polished and professional presence, with a genuine passion for luxury
