Are you an experienced Floor Manager, Department Manager, or Retail Manager looking for your next opportunity with a leading fashion retailer?
We're recruiting an exceptional Floor Manager to join a trend-led fashion brand in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive commercial results within a flagship store.
This role is perfect for a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and has a strong eye for commercial standards and operational excellence.
The Role
As Floor Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your department, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual presentation, and operational excellence. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll play a key role in delivering sales targets while creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance by motivating your team to achieve KPIs and commercial targets.
- Ensure the shop floor is visually inspiring, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
- Support the delivery of seasonal launches, promotions and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor trading performance and use commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities.
- Deliver effective stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
- Lead by example, creating a positive and engaging culture on the shop floor.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training to develop future talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider management team to deliver business objectives.

About You
You'll be an experienced retail leader with a passion for fashion and customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Floor Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role within fashion or retail.
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
- A commercial mindset with confidence making decisions based on trading performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for fashion, people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience within fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail is highly desirable.
