Neon Search is partnering with an established international premium fashion brand to appoint a Floor Manager for its Regent Street store.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves being on the shop floor, developing teams and delivering a genuinely elevated customer experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the floor — leading from the front, driving commercial results and ensuring the team delivers consistently high standards across service, product and presentation.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and coaching the team throughout the trading day
  • Driving sales, conversion, ATV and other key store KPIs
  • Creating a strong, service-led culture on the shop floor
  • Supporting the development and performance of individual team members
  • Building strong relationships with both new and returning customers
  • Ensuring exceptional visual, operational and brand standards
  • Using commercial insight to identify opportunities and react to trade
  • Supporting the Store Manager with people management, rotas and day-to-day store operations
  • Acting as a senior presence within the store and stepping up when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
