Position: Floor Manager – NEW STORE OPENING SEPT

Location: Trafford Centre, Manchester

Salary: £32,000 PLUS BONUS

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Floor Manager is to oversee all operations and processes related to the product lifecycle. You work closely with the management team to execute visual layout plans through efficient labour management, ensuring execution and maintenance.

  • Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals.
  • Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
  • Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards.
  • Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results.

About You:

  • Min 1 years people management experience preferably from a retail fashion background
  • Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data
  • Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle
  • Previous experience managing large teams
  • Managed a high turnover operation before
  • Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
  • Flair for VM, brand standards and training
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual
