What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead & inspire the FOH team to deliver world-class service
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, team performance & sales targets
  • Train and develop staff, upholding our hospitality and brand standards
  • Manage cash handling, EOD reports & hygiene compliance
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
  • Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence

Who You Are:

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced, structured restaurant
  • Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
  • A hands-on leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & bank holidays
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
