What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & inspire the FOH team to deliver world-class service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, team performance & sales targets
- Train and develop staff, upholding our hospitality and brand standards
- Manage cash handling, EOD reports & hygiene compliance
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence

Who You Are:
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced, structured restaurant
- Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
- A hands-on leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & bank holidays
- Strong communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
