We are entering an exciting new chapter, relocating our Regent Street Store to a new exclusive location on Regent Street.
We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager – 40 hours per week to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

How you’ll make a difference
- Lead the sales floor by motivating and inspiring the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Drive individual and team performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing actions to maximise sales.
- Deliver a premium client experience through personalized styling, clientelling, and long-term relationship building.
- Coach, motivate and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Associates, ensuring high standards of selling behaviour and product knowledge.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure the sales floor is always presented in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines and luxury retail standards.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficient stock availability, replenishment, fitting room management, and seamless customer flow.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures while maintaining excellent operational standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer issues professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing company initiatives, operational procedures, and commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in premium or luxury retail, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of retail performance indicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Passion for fashion, denim, and premium lifestyle brands.
