Floor Manager
Sloane Square, Chelsea, London
We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join a stylish, high-performing establishment in the heart of Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor, developing a team and delivering warm, polished service in a busy restaurant environment.
The Role
As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day service and ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent experience. You will work closely with the General Manager and wider management team to maintain high standards, support the development of the front-of-house team and help create a positive, professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading busy lunch and dinner services
- Supporting, coaching and motivating the front-of-house team
- Ensuring consistently high standards of service
- Managing guest feedback calmly and professionally
- Maintaining a strong presence on the floor
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Helping to drive sales and commercial performance
- Ensuring health, safety and licensing standards are maintained
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in a quality restaurant
- Is confident leading a team during busy service
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Leads by example and remains calm under pressure
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships
- Enjoys developing and supporting others
- Brings warmth, energy and professionalism to the role
