SO WHATS THE STORY - Floor Manager - Cheshire Oaks Outlet
We are looking for an engaging, inspirational Floor Manager to help lead the diverse team at our Cheshire Oaks Outlet store.
Our Floor Manager will work in hand in hand with the management team creating a strong partnership to provide leadership and direction, guiding their team to provide an outstanding service offer that supports the delivery and growth of Dr. Martens. While also focusing on your own development, you will be a driving force in cultivating a great working environment within your store always ensuring your teams well-being is at the heart of your decision making.
THE GIG - Floor Manager - Cheshire Oaks Outlet
- Take responsibility for day-to-day retail operations in a fast-paced outlet environment, including coaching, sales analysis, visual merchandising, stock availability and administration.
- Assume responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the management team.
- Take responsibility for health & safety and security issues within the store.
- Achieve set KPIs (e.g. Sales, CR, UPT and ATV) in line with the store P&L budget.
- Lead and embed high standards of customer experience and product knowledge through a coaching approach, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and consistent brand experience while supporting outlet commercial objectives.
- Ensure effective stock management procedures are followed, including stock takes, deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss prevention activities.
- Work closely with your Store Manager to make commercial decisions that maximise sales opportunities, manage stock effectively and deliver outlet business objectives.

To be our Floor Manager you should have/or be;
- Passion for our product.
- Similar experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role, ideally within a retail, fashion, footwear or lifestyle brand, for a few years.
- Confident in coaching, developing and mentoring teams.
- Sales-oriented and able to drive others to achieve store goals and objectives in a high-volume trading environment.
- Demonstrates resilience, together with a solution-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English at a business level. Additional languages would be a benefit.
- Good IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office, POS and stock management systems.
