We're always looking to connect with talented Floor Managers for future opportunities across our London stores.
This advert is for future vacancies rather than a specific position. By applying, you'll join our talent pool, and we'll be in touch as soon as a suitable Floor Manager opportunity becomes available that matches your skills and experience.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, customer service is delivered to the highest standard, and your team remains motivated and engaged, creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday
- Full flexibility required
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store.
- Ensure the team has strong product knowledge and is aware of key performance indicators.
- Be familiar with and promote services according to customers' needs to maximise sales.
- Organise and distribute tasks and responsibilities across the team.
- Ensure sales targets are implemented, achieved and exceeded.
- Prioritise customer service above all other tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the team and share any information that may impact sales.
- Coach and support each team member in their training and development, leading by example.
