THE TEAM
Join the award-winning Holborn Dining Room, one of London’s most celebrated dining destinations. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and working closely with the Assistant General Manager, you will be part of a passionate leadership team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, developing talent, and creating memorable guest experiences.
YOUR ROLE
As Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. You will lead the floor during service, support and develop the team, and create warm, genuine guest experiences that exceed expectations. Acting as a visible and influential leader within the restaurant, you will champion Rosewood’s values and culture while driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead and manage restaurant operations during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless delivery of service standards.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the front-of-house team through training, mentorship, guidance, and regular feedback.
- Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences while effectively handling enquiries and resolving concerns.
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, service standards, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Drive communication across the restaurant by delivering engaging briefings and sharing key operational information with the team.
- Monitor staffing, productivity, and floor performance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- You have strong operational knowledge and are confident managing busy restaurant services while maintaining exceptional standards.
- You communicate effectively and build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions while responding to changing business needs.
- You have a keen interest in the hospitality industry, stay informed about market trends, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
