As a Floor Manager, you will lead the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets.

  • You will lead, motivate and support the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • You’ll set clear priorities and keep the team focused on key actions and results.
  • You will create a positive and dynamic atmosphere where customers and staff feel welcome, supported and inspired.
  • You will ensure a thorough understanding of the product range to provide personalised service and appropriate recommendations.
  • You will organise and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure the store runs smoothly and maintains high standards.

Job requirements:

About You

  • At least 2 years’ experience in fashion retail, including supervisory or team leadership roles.
  • Good command of English.
  • Qualifications or experience in retail, fashion or related fields will be an advantage.
  • A passion for fashion and teamwork.
