KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house.
- Manage guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support and train team members to uphold NAC’s high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
- Monitor floor performance and proactively implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a vibrant, high-energy environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a premium hospitality venue.
- Exceptional people management and customer service skills.
- Confident, approachable, and proactive in handling both guests and team dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
