Role Overview
As a Floor Manager, you play a key role in driving strong shop-floor performance and delivering exceptional service our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting your team, maintaining high standards and ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly throughout every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment. This role requires effective, hands-on leadership, strong commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop colleagues to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
- Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.
