About The Venue
At the top of the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, Sky Garden’s Bars open bright and early; throughout the day, our guests soak up the views with drinks and light snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air.
Role Purpose
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Floor Manager to join the management team at London's iconic Sky Garden, supporting operations across our vibrant bar venues, Sky Pod and City Garden.
Welcoming thousands of guests each week, Sky Garden offers a unique hospitality experience, serving everyone from breakfast guests and business professionals to tourists, families and evening diners. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring hospitality leader to develop their career in one of London's most recognisable venues.

As Floor Manager, you'll lead from the front, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the finer operational details behind the scenes. Working closely with your team, you'll help drive service standards, support team development and contribute to the smooth delivery of high-volume, all-day service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting front of house teams during service
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets
- Managing daily operations within a busy, high-volume environment
- Supporting team training, coaching and development
- Monitoring service standards and operational performance
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, Team Leader or similar management role
- Experience within high-volume restaurants, bars or hospitality venues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
