Searcys Floor Manager Opportunity
Searcys are looking for a Floor Manager to assist the Operations Manager to deliver seamless service to all areas of the department.
The HAC is quite unlike any other City event venue; a magnificent Georgian house set in a five-acre garden. This unique, historic London venue offers a wide variety of event spaces and an a unique out-door space nestled within the city backdrop.

Hourly Rate: £16.50 Hourly
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan, organise and deliver a successful operation of the events, dinning rooms and other areas within the Hospitality department with the assistance of the relevant department heads.
- To liaise with other key personal, including marketing, events and sales department in order to deliver service the meets and exceed the client expectations.
- To brief the Hospitality team on all aspects of the business and to oversee the running of all events, workings lunches and dining.
- To meet clients on arrival making sure that the event is as they require, and ensuring that any on the day changes are passed on to the relevant people where necessary.
- To assist on the development of the Hospitality waiting team, making sure that they adhere to standards laid down by Hospitality Managers and provide training as required, specially on the areas of food and beverage service.
- Any other reasonable request by management.

Qualifications
Key Skills:
- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
- Experience in running large events, dinners.
- Strong business acumen
- Leads by example by acting professional at all times.
- Excellent communication skills
- Responds quickly to drive business through periods of low demand
- Takes the initiative
- Excellent time management
