About The Venue

Mamma Mia! The Party is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet – all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show.

Role Purpose

Join an exciting immersive musical theatre dining experience where no two shifts are the same and every service is high energy and guest focused. Take the next step in your hospitality career with a role that combines leadership, entertainment, and fast paced service at one of London’s most iconic venues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and coordinating floor teams during high volume banqueting style service
  • Delivering engaging pre service briefings to motivate and prepare the team
  • Managing guest requests and resolving queries to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Liaising with kitchen, management, and venue stakeholders to maintain smooth operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven hospitality experience in restaurants, events, or bars is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding teams
  • Confidence working in fast paced, high volume service environments
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills with a proactive attitude

Good to know

This role is based at the O2 in North Greenwich and requires availability for weekends and late finishes including post midnight shifts. Candidates must be over 18 and comfortable working in a lively immersive dining and entertainment setting. Pays up to £15.75 per hour.
