What we are looking for:

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment, with a good understanding of operational processes and safety compliance.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with a structured approach to planning, delivering, and evaluating training.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels of the organisation.
• A proactive approach to mentoring and ‘buddying’ new team members, ensuring safe integration and a strong understanding of Lineage values and safety principles.
• A flexible mindset, with the willingness to work across different UK sites if required.
• Relevant certifications preferred, including Achievement in Education and Training (AET) Level 3 (or equivalent), RTITB or AITT-accredited MHE Instructor (Category 1 or above), Manual Handling Instructor, and IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
