We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Flooring Installer to join our specialist team, delivering exceptional work on some of the country's most prestigious, luxury projects.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a carpentry and joinery background who takes pride in producing outstanding workmanship and is eager to develop their skills within a highly respected specialist hand-crafted flooring business.
Whilst previous flooring installation experience would be beneficial, we are equally interested in individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship. Training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of a range of high-quality flooring systems, including hardwood and parquet flooring.
- Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and repairing surfaces as required.
- Measure and cut flooring materials to achieve precise and accurate installations.
- Apply adhesives, finishes, sealants, and other materials in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organised condition.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and site teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
- Take an active role in learning new skills, techniques, and specialist installation methods.

About You
To be considered for this position:
- You have experience within a trade environment, ideally carpentry and joinery, or a similar hands-on craft.
- You take pride in the quality of your work and have excellent attention to detail.
- You are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are professional and personable when working in clients' homes and on high-end projects.
- You can follow instructions, work methodically, and maintain high standards at all times.
- You are physically capable of undertaking manual work and working on active construction sites.
- A CSCS card is desirable; however, support may be available for the right candidate.
- Previous flooring installation experience and relevant qualifications would be advantageous, but are not essential. We are committed to training and developing individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, aptitude, and commitment to becoming a skilled flooring installer.
