The team designs and hand-ties all bouquets on-site, offering same-day delivery across North London postcodes. Services include floral subscriptions, corporate arrangements and plant care, as well as bespoke wedding and event styling. With 20 years of independent floristry experience, Elisana Florist focuses on fresh, carefully packed stems and personalized service. Role Description
The Florist role is a full-time, on-site position based in London, working across Elisana Florist’s North London shops. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Designing and creating bouquets and arrangements for online orders, funerals, corporate clients, weddings, events, and walk-in customers.
- Advising customers on flower choices, colors, and styles.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone.
- Preparing orders for same-day delivery.
- Ensuring careful packing and presentation.
- Maintaining shop displays.
- Caring for flowers and plants to keep them fresh.
- Assisting with event set-ups on-site.
- Managing stock levels.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with an eye for balanced compositions and color coordination.
- Demonstrated Creativity Skills for bespoke bouquets, event styling, and adapting designs to customer preferences and occasions.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional manner.
- Previous experience working in a florist shop or floral studio is highly beneficial.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle flowers, plants, and materials throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of flower and plant care, including conditioning, storage, and seasonal varieties.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
