We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Florist to inspire and teach on our Level 1 Foundation in Floristry courses: https://www.waes.ac.uk/courses/cat/ccu/floristry/level-1-foundation-floristry/
Creative Industries at WAES is a very dynamic and growing department with Floristry based in Pimlico in the heart of Westminster. We predominantly teach accredited courses at levels 1, 2 and 3, as well as some full cost short courses.
The role:
- Inspire and challenge adult learners through engaging, high-quality teaching and learning, that develops skills, confidence and creativity.
- Plan and deliver outstanding lessons, ensuring learners achieve their goals.
- Champion learner success by monitoring and tracking progress, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring every learner receives the support they need to succeed.
- Be part of a collaborative creative arts team, and contribute to the wider floristry curriculum.

About you:
- Relevant experience and industry knowledge of current floristry practice
- You must have a qualification in floristry at Level 3 or above
- Ideally, experience of teaching adults on accredited courses
- Ideally, you should have a teaching qualification at Level 3 or above, or be willing to take this within the first 6 months of employment
- You must be free on Thursdays, 09.30 – 15.30 from 5th November 2026
- and Fridays, 09.30 – 15.30 from 6th November 2026
