FLT Counterbalance Driver Opportunity
Staffline is recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver for the day shift in Chatteris.
Pay Rates
- Day shift: £14.00 per hour
- Overtime: £17.50 per hour
This is a full-time role with the following shift pattern:
- 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off
Currently, the working hours are 08:00am - 06:30/07:00pm, however, there are plans to change these hours to 07:00am-07:00pm. Please note that this is subject to change to cover and meet business requirements.
About the Role
As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries. You will ensure strict adherence to the site's health and safety policies.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
