Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Pay: £640 per week, £33,314 annual salary
Hours: 45 per week
Shift: 14:00-23:00 & 22:00-07:00, Monday to Friday rotational.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional FLT Drivers to work on behalf of our client in Farnborough on a temp to perm basis.
Join our warehouse team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll safely operate Counterbalance forklift trucks to pick, move, load, and unload stock, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate stock picking in line with warehouse documentation
- Verify stock accuracy by confirming quantities against delivery notes and pick lists
- Handle stock returns in line with company procedures
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free working environment
- Perform daily forklift checks and promptly report any faults or damage
- Safely load and unload goods, storing them in designated areas
- Operate manual handling equipment (e.g. PPT) safely and efficiently
- Use SMART manual handling techniques at all times
- Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring they remain a top priority
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking and stock counting when required

Requirements:
- Counterbalance FLT licence
- Recent experience using FLT licence
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Collaborative and supportive team mindset
- Positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement
