📍 Location: Normanton
💷 Pay: £14.75 per hour basic
⏰ Hours: 08:00–16:00
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a FLT Pivot Steer licence (for Flexi/Bendi FLT trucks). As an FLT Driver you will join a busy operation in Normanton.
This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, manual handling, order picking, stock control and Bendi/Flexi FLT driving. You’ll need to be comfortable with physical work and confident working accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Must Haves
- Valid, in-date Bendi/Flexi FLT licence (Pivot Steer licence)
- Previous warehouse and order-picking experience
- Proven putaway experience
- Stock control and packing list experience
- Experience using WMS tablets and RF scanners
- Experience operating powered pallet trucks (PPT)
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding manual work
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative / Bendi FLT Driver, you will:
- Destuff containers and manually handle goods
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Complete pallet putaway and stock movements
- Maintain accurate stock control records
- Prepare and check packing lists
- Use WMS tablets and RF scanners
- Operate Bendi/Flexi trucks and PPT equipment safely
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and instructions
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
