Leominster (Home of Tyrrells Potato Crisps)
Shift: 4 on / 4 off - 12 hour shifts (06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:00) rotating.
Join our snack-loving team
We’re looking for an FLT Driver to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.
Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.
About the role
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operation moving safely, efficiently and accurately.
Working across our busy site, you'll be responsible for transporting raw materials, packaging and finished products, supporting both production and warehouse activities. You'll help manage goods in and goods out, maintain accurate stock records and ensure all vehicle movements are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
This is a hands-on role where safety, teamwork and attention to detail are essential. You'll work closely with colleagues across the site to ensure materials are in the right place at the right time, helping us deliver the high-quality snacks our consumers love. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in doing things the right way and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What’s in it for you?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
