About The Role
An FLT Driver position is available in Wall Heath, offering a full-time, temporary-to-permanent contract. The hourly rate is £12.80, with set working hours from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Your primary duty will involve the safe operation of a forklift to move materials and stock throughout the warehouse. We’re currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver / FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturer based in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on material handling position offering stable hours and ongoing work.
The Role
As an FLT Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and stock around the warehouse and working areas.
Duties Will Include
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving materials and stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Storing goods in the correct locations
- Preparing materials for production or dispatch
- Completing general warehouse duties when required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating an FLT within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment.
You Should Be
- An experienced and confident forklift operator
- Safety-conscious and responsible
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Physically fit for a hands-on role
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid FLT licence/certificate is preferred
