About The Role

- Day Shifts: £13.11 – £13.51 per hour
- Night Shifts: £14.38 – £14.78 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at 1.33x
We are currently recruiting Reach and VNA Forklift Drivers for a busy operation in Tamworth.
Both experienced drivers and candidates with suitable recent in-house certification will be considered.
The Role
- Reach and/or VNA forklift driving
- Fixed shift pattern – days or nights
- 3 days on / 3 days off
- Additional half-day worked to bring weekly hours up to 40 hours
- Overtime available at 1.33x
- Full site induction provided
Available Shifts
☀️ Day Shift – 3 on / 3 off
- 06:00–18:00
- Tuesday–Friday pattern
- Tuesday: 06:00–12:00
- Wednesday–Friday: 06:00–18:00
🌙 Night Shift – 3 on / 3 off

Licence Requirements
An in-house forklift licence/certificate dated within the last 3 years will be accepted for:
- VNA – Category F1
- Reach Truck – Category D1/D2
Inductions
Inductions are generally held on Fridays at either 08:00 or 11:30.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Reach and/or VNA experience preferred
- Valid/recent forklift certification
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Comfortable working fixed days or nights
- Ability to commit to the required shift pattern
